106. Power of municipality in respect of Communications etc.
- For the purpose of providing or maintaining the water supply or of making or maintaining communications or connections with the mains, or generally for the purposes of this Chapter, the municipality shall have all powers which are conferred upon it in respect of drainage by sections 136 to 141.
