Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to
i) issue direction to the Respondents to defreeze and permit the
Petitioner to operate Account No.50200064170561 of M/s.HDFC Bank Ltd.,
Kozhikode Branch-1st Respondent, pending disposal of the Writ Petition
(Civil).
ii) to grant any other reliefs that are prayed for and is deemed
just and proper to grant in order to secure ends of justice.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
05.08.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.D.SUSMITH KUMAR,
T.O.DEEPA, GAYATHRI C.H., JAYKAR.K.S. & C.SIVADAS Advocates for the
petitioner and of SRI.M.PREMCHAND, Advocate for respondent 1, the court
passed the following:
