(1)Restrictions on export by air - The Ammonium Nitrate shall not be exported by air.(2)Declaration by exporter or his agent - The exporter or his authorised agent shall give notice to the conservator of the port before forty eight hours that he intends to bring the Ammonium Nitrate to port for export and shall not bring the Ammonium Nitrate to any part of the port without prior permission in writing from the said officer.(3)Export of Ammonium Nitrate shall only be in the bagged form and marked in accordance with the provisions of rule 9.
