(xviii)A certificate in the form appended to these rules, shall be issued to each [trainees] [Substituted 'candidates' by Notification No. G.S.R. 176, dated 7.2.2012 (w.e.f. 23.1.1958).]: who is declared successful at the examination within six months after the announcement of the result.
