Section 125(b) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(b)where any building worker engaged in excavation is exposed to hazard material or article from any bank or side of such excavation which is more than one and a half metre above his footing, such worker is protected by adequate pilling and bracing against such bank or side;
