Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for petitioners states that parties are trying to settle their dispute outside the Court and there is every chance of settlement and as such the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition at this stage and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of above statement of learned counsel for petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
