Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Appointment of Dependents of Deceased Defence Personnel Rules, 2018
(1)The application shall be made by one of family members of the deceased in the order of preference as per rule 8, above and other family members of the said category shall have to give their consent to his/her candidature.
