Section 2(h) in Andhra Pradesh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011
(h)'Repair' means any adjustment, cleaning, lubrication or painting to any weight or measure, or rendering any other service or replacement of any parts to such weight or measure to ensure that such weight or measure confirms to the standards established by or under the Act with or without disturbing sealing system.
