Section 10 in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016

10. Pradhan and Up-Pradhan of Gram Panchayat.

- There shall be a Pradhan and an Up-Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat, who shall respectively be the Chairperson and Vice-Chaiperson thereof. The election of Pradhan and Up Pradhan etc. shall be held as may be prescribed.
