Section 13 in Tamil Nadu Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2010
13. Penalty.
- Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of these rules, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term, which may extend to one month or with fine, which may extend to two hundred rupees or with both.
