1. This is an application preferred by the petitioner seeking early hearing of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier also moved a similar application being CM APPL. 9130/2020, which is also pending adjudication.
2. Keeping in view the averments made in the present application, the same is allowed and the writ petition is directed to be listed for consideration on 18.08.2022. Consequently, CM APPL 9130/2020 is rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
