Section 6(2) in Punjab Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2003
(2)The designated authority for sub-paras (2) and (9) of para 6 of the annexe attached to Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 of the Government of India shall be District Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Controller, District Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Officer of the concerned district.
