HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 05/07/2021 Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered by the Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 16.02.2021 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1513/2021 in the matter of Rahul Sharma Vs. The State of Rajasthan, in which it has been held as under:-
"Issue notice of the writ petition as well as the stay application, returnable within six weeks.
In the meanwhile, the Medical Superintendent Officer, Sawai Man Singh Hospital, Jaipur shall directly pay salary to the petitioners and shall not disengage them till further orders."
In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents on the writ petition as well as on the stay application returnable by six weeks.
