Section 30(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)If local inspection is made, arbitrator shall prepare a report which shall form part of the record and be made available to the parties for necessary submission.
