Section 35(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964
(1)The duty and the responsibility of the construction, maintenance or repairs of any bunds referred to in sub-section (3) of section 26 shall be that of the tenant notwithstanding any law, agreement, usage or custom or decree or order of a court, to the contrary.
