Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Habitual Offenders Act, 1953
(1)The State Government may [be notification in the official Gazette] [Inserted by act 30 of 1958 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part 4 A dated 26-7-1958)] make rules to carry out the purposes and objects of this Act.
