25. Protection of action taken in good faith
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government for anything done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.(2)No prosecution against an Administrator appointed under sub- section (3) of section 14 shall be instituted unless previous sanction of the District Magistrate has been obtained therefor.
