Section 8(1) in Indian Corporate Law Service Rules, 2015
(1)The relative seniority of a member of the Service, appointed to any grade of the Service under initial constitution of the Service referred to in clause (a) of rule 6 shall continue until altered, modified or amended by the Government:Provided that if the seniority of any such member has not been specifically determined immediately before commencement of these rules, the same shall be determined by the Controlling Authority in accordance with the general orders or instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time.
