Section 17(2) in Telangana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963
(2)A draft of any order proposed to be made under sub-section (1) shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly of the State and the order shall not be made, unless the Assembly approves the draft either without any modification or addition or with any modification or addition, and upon such approval, the order may be made in the form in which it has been so approved, and such order, on being so made, shall be published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.2, TR&B (TR.I) Department, dated 17.06.2014.] Gazette.
