Section 11 in The Bihar Forest Hunting, Shooting & Fishing Rules, 1958

Exempted persons may have two guests with guns subject to the following conditions: -(a)that the guests are actually accompanied by the exempted persons;(b)that the guests shall be bound by the same conditions as permit holder; and(c)that the exempted persons shall be responsible for all breaches of such conditions by their guests.
