Section 238(b) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(b)the architect and other professional referred to in clause (a) informs to the authority constituted by the Government, the details of building materials, articles or processes used in the building and other construction activities for which the Indian Standards do not exist with the Bureau of Indian Standards and the performance of such materials, articles or processes along with the suggestions for their improvement to enable the authority constituted by Government to consider and form necessary standards.
