Section 17(g) in Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015
(g)if the tourism unit operator fails to produce the proof that the structure of the tourism unit has been built in accordance with the building bye-laws made under the provisions of the relevant Act or under any other local laws in force; and
