13. Travelling and daily allowances, etc. for journey undertaken outside India.
- No travelling allowance for any journey undertaken outside India shall be paid to any member of the Board or any committee or any person associated with the Board or co-opted as member of any committee :Provided that, if any member of the Board or any committee with the previous consent of the Central Government, travels outside India in the interest of the Board, he shall be entitled to receive travelling an other allowances at such rates as may be sanctioned by the Central Government from time to time for non-official members of a delegation sent by it outside India.
