Section 13(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(2)Any name so removed may afterwards be re-entered in the register and any order of removal of name from register passed under sub-section (1) may be withdrawn under the direction of the Council given by majority of two-thirds of the members present and voting at the meeting and the name so removed may be re-entered in the register.
