22. Partnership of co-operatives.
(1)Any two or more co-operatives, by resolution passed by two-thirds of members present and voting in a general body meeting, a co-operative may enter into contract of partnerships for carrying out any specific business permissible under the bye-laws on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon.(2)Where such contract of partnership requires creation of new organisations, the participating co-operatives shall be its members.Chapter-III Federal
