Section 67(1) in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)A motion of no confidence against the President or the Vice-President may be moved by not less than one-third of the elected members of the District Panchayat after giving notice thereof, but not before six months of assumption of office by the President or the Vice-President.
