Section 23(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(1)The Forum shall submit a report to the Commission on the category-wise number of complaints received, redressed and pending for every quarter of calendar year within one month from the end of the preceding quarter.
