(6)The following officers shall be associated at the meeting of the Board as technical advisers but they not be entitled to vote at any such meetings :-(a)One person appointed by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research;(b)Director of Agricultural, Punjab;(c)Director of Animal Husbandry, Punjab;(d)Director of Public Instructions, Punjab; and(e)Director of Technical Education, Punjab;
