Section 1 in The Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Ordinance may be called the Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004.(2)It extends to whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force at once.
