Section 8(1) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2007
(1)The Government may, by notification, appoint such persons as it thinks fit, to be Seed Inspector and specify the areas within which he shall exercise jurisdiction.
