1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains (Framing of Heritage Bye-laws and Other Functions of the Competent Authority) Rules, 2011.(2)They shall come into force on their publication in the Official Gazette.
