Section 69(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)An employee may appeal against an order imposing upon him any of the penalties specified in regulation 60 or order of suspension under regulation 67. The appeal shall lie to the Appellate Authority.
