29. Audit.
- The promoter or estate agent shall get his accounts audited after the close of every financial year by a chartered accountant, and shall produce a statement of accounts duly certified and signed by such chartered accountant in the manner prescribed and it shall be verified during the audit that amounts collected for a particular purpose are not utilised for any other purpose.
