Section 1 in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019.(2)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.(3)It shall apply to bovine at the first instance and to such animals, as the Government may, by notification, specify.
