Section 266(4) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(4)Every building worker eligible to become beneficiary to the fund shall submit an application in Form-XXVII to the Secretary or to an officer authorised by him in this behalf. Every such application shall be accompanied by the documents mentioned in this rule and a registration fee of Rs. 20/- (Rs. Twenty only).
