Section 40(1)(d) in Bank of Baroda (Employees') Pension Regulation, 1995

(d)family pension to the children shall be payable in the order of the their birth and the younger of them shall not be eligible for family pension unless the elder next above him or her has become ineligible for the grant of family pension:
