688. Conduct of examination.
- In the High Court the Judge may, at the time of making the order for such examination, direct that it shall be held by an officer of the High Court, and that the powers of the Court as to the conduct of the examination shall be exercised by such officer. He shall have no power to make any order as to costs.Public Examination
