(10)Animal Husbandry and Dairying :. -(a)establishment of Vaterinary Hospitals and Dispensaries;(b)setting up of mobile diagnostic and clinical laboratories;(c)breeding farms for cows and pigs ;(d)poultry farms, duck farms and goat farms ;(e)common cold storage facility for dairy, poultry and fishery products;(f)fodder development programmes ;(g)promotion of dairy farming, poultry and piggery ;(h)prevention of epidemics and contagious diseases.
