"In this connection, it is submitted that on perusal of the orders dated 16.09.2022 passed in above said company petition, an inadvertent error while typing the nomenclature/case type CP as CR is found.
Accordingly, the case might be sent to DRR section for fixing some actual date in CP No.2 of 1998, so that the same could be listed in Kacha Peshi as (IOIN), to make necessary correction of the nomenclature."
