Section 17 in The Aircraft (Security) Rules, 2011

17. Disembarkation of unruly passenger.

- The Chief Aerodrome Security Officer or any other officer of Aviation Security Group authorised by him in this behalf shall, on a written request of the Pilot-in-Command, disembark any person from the Aircraft on grounds of risk to safety and Security of the passengers and the crew.
