HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 06/01/2023 It has been stated that petitioners have participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioners stand in merit, however, they have questioned answers of few questions in these writ petitions. It has been further stated that since respondents are going to complete the selection process, therefore, petitioners at least may be permitted to appear before respondents for document verification.
Issue notice to respondents.
List these writ petitions along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13994/2022.
In the meanwhile, petitioners are permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for their document verification and the same may be permitted by respondents.
