Section 2(l) in Andhra Pradesh Unaided Minority Professional institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules 2006
(l)"Minority Professional Institution" means the institution imparting professional education established and administrated for and by the concerned minority and recognized by the Government as such.
