Section 8(10)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Bar and Conditions of License) Rules, 2017

(a)Where there are two or more applications for a bar notified, the selection among the eligible applicants for grant of license shall be by drawl of LOT by the District Collector, who shall be the selection authority to conduct the process of selection of applicants for grant of license.
