Section 8(3)(a) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1974

(a)A member of the State Legislature who is a member of the Board shall not be paid any fares in respect of journeys by rail or road if he is entitled for free coupons for such journeys.
