Section 57 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
57. Annual Report.
- The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Registrar or any other officer under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor ordinarily within six months from the close of the Financial year and circulated to the members of the Board one month before the meeting at which it is to be considered. The Board shall after consideration of the annual report forward a copy thereof to the Government, which shall be laid before both Houses of the Legislature.
