Memo is filed by the learned counsel for the appellant which is duly signed by the appellant, which reads as under:
"That the appellant above named begs submit as fallows:-
That the above named appellant had filed the above appeal challenging the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.116/2016, and the appellant and respondent No.2 have amicably settled their family dispute in O.S. No.8890/2013 filed by the -3- NC: 2025:KHC:39054 RFA No. 1260 of 2025 HC-KAR respondent No.2 before the Hon'ble City Civil Judge, Bangalore (CCH-31) and both the parties have filed the compromise petition and the said petition was accepted by the Hon'ble City Civil Judge (CCH-31) on 18.09.2025. Therefore, the appellant is not intending to prosecute the above appeal any further against the respondents.
WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the appeal as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity".
