33. Amendment of section 77.- In section 77 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (2), in the proviso, in clause (c), the words" managing agents, secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted;
(b)in sub- section (4), for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
