Section 27(c) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(c)wilfully makes or causes to be made any false representation in any matter relating to the register or the list of any certificate issued under the provisions of the Act, shall be punished for the first offence with a fine not exceeding rupees five thousand and for the second or subsequent offence with simple imprisonment for a term of six months or with a fine of rupees ten thousand or with both.
