Section 73 in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
73. Power to attend meetings.
- The Registrar or any person authorised by him may attend any meeting of a registered society called in accordance with these Rules or the bye-laws of the society and take part in the deliberation but shall not be entitled to vote.
