Section 52A(4) in The Orissa Public Demands Recovery Rules, 1963
(4)In the event of Certificate Officer's headquarters being located at a place having no treasury or sub-treasury, the fee shall be deposited in the office of the Certificate Officer concerned at the time of filing the application.
